A great piece of American history

The colors are still wonderfully bright and vibrant

It has some enamel chipping around the edge

It snaps tightly closed

Here's a cute little 1950's gold tone basket weave compact purse and cigarette case with lipstick

We've kept this book in the plastic packaging from the estate it was acquired in to protect it from any damage

The piece is hallmarked "Sterling"

with a brown suede wristlet strap

The silver metal frame is also in wonderful condition and has an embossed Deco design that is really lovely

and would make a wonderful display piece for your vanity or bath

and in good condition

but you can hear it if you shake the bank
