Taaibosch Crescendo 750mlA blend of 65% Cabernet Franc, 30% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. All the grapes are hand picked from the 20 years old vines in Stellenbosch. Matured in a combination of 225 ltr oak barrels, 9000 ltr Foudre vessels and 4500 ltr cement tanks for three years.
These dark flavors produce a dense textured mouth feel that combine with soft sturdy tannins
