Lot 001 - Antique French Hair Work Keepsake Palette Under Convex Glass, Floral Motif with Initials "A R," Inscribed "Annee 1885" ("Year 1885") on Reverse, 3-5/8" W x 4-1/8" HAntique French hair work keepsake palette displayed in an oval black wood frame with a brass hanging ring and convex glass set within a gilt border. The composition features a single flower with five petals, a curved stem, and pointed leaves, all constructed from human hair. The initials "A R" appear at the base of the stem, also formed from hair. A small loose piece of palette worked hair is present inside the frame. The reverse is backed with paper
