Robert Bolt Bamboo Fly Rod 8' 2/2 #5A very nice Robert Bolt bamboo fly rod, 8', 2 piece, 2 tip, and built for a #5 line. Serial #0405. Listed at 3 7 8 ounces and that's what it weighs on my scale as well. Full flexing medium action. The rod appears to be lightly fished or perhaps even lawn cast only, with just a tiny bit of soiling to the grip, but no other meaningful signs of use that I could see. The rod is nice and straight with the cane done in a two opposed node pattern. Excellent
