Bogdan Large Trout ReelA great Bogdan Large Trout reel, set up for LHW. 3 1 4" in diameter with a 31 32" spool width. 5. 5 ounces in weight and with capacity to hold lines up to a #7 with 50 yards of 20# backing. Near mint condition. There is a tiny bit of minor rim rash in one area on the frame, but the reel shows virtually no other signs of being used, not even the typical mounting marks on the foot that you'd find from a reel that's been used. The handle arm rotates freely without contacting the sideplate

The butt cap has 75% of its original oxidation but the ring retains only about 5%

Cloth bag with ferrule plugs attached and a black anodized tube with brass hardware

Some of the wraps used for the replacement work are slightly lighter than the original Powell brown

The rod is in excellent original condition with a few minor exceptions

Overall medium fast action and flexes well into the butt section

The white linen bag has the original hang tag but it is illegible
