The front of each piece is printed with an image of a white tabby cat holding a red and green advertising placard reading "Hoffmann's Reis Starke mit der Katze" ("Hoffmann's Rice Starch with the Cat"). The reverse is plain. Each piece has a fold at the base allowing it to stand upright. The pieces show light overall toning
