Serial #2117 built by Paul Young in 1957. Ferrule fit is perfect. This rod is 8 feet, 7 3 8 inches long the original length as detailed in a letter from Bob Summers included with the sale. Suited best for a 7 weight with the dry tip and an 8 weight line with the wet tip. The tips are about an inch shorter than the butt
