This is one of the early and very rare nickel plated reels that are very hard to find, especially the S0 size. This reel and spool are in superb, near mint condition with just a couple of faint marks on the backplate if you look very closely (I suspect they may be from general handling and not from fishing, as I could find little to

The varnish over the script and wraps is also in excellent condition

The grip is 5 1/2" long in a blunt cigar where the fattest part is 3/4 of the way to the front
