70's Colorful Striped Ruffle Peplum Blouse by Nipon BlouseThis wonderful, bright and bold blouse from Nipon Blouse is circa the late 70s and features a button up front, ruffled sleeve cuffs, puff sleeves, and a drawstring waist that forms a peplum when cinched in. Silky polyester makes for easy care, and ensures the colors will stay bright and strong. A great striped top! Bust measures 41", waist 34" (uncinched), length 22", shoulder width 15". Size vintage 10, fits about a modern 6 8. Very nice vintage
