Measurements are flat across and approximate: underarm: 16, waist: 14, halter length: 12, length from halter: 51. From Vintage Fashion Guild: Alyce Designs was established in 1967 by Alyce Hamm, who trained as a costume designer at the prestigious Paris Ecole de Couture along with her brother Jean Paul Hamm. Alyce Designs is still family owned and run.
