Misono Vineyard Amber Kerner 2024Barrel fermented with natural yeast & no acid, no sugar, no fermentation aids. Barrel aging: 2 new barrels and 1 half barrel of the second year. No filtration or fining. Yellow peach, Apricot, Ginger 940 bottles produced
80% Maceration 5 weeks
Fermented with wild yeasts
no clarification
but Nebbiolo grew well despite the difficult climate
It is aged in French oak barrels for 6 months
and finally a little bit of the 2021 Merlot
After fermentation was complete
the juice extraction rate is 75%
Fermentation lasted a total of 19 days
The palate also has a lovely floral aroma
naturally fermented
Sulfite was added before bottling
