Siskiyou Design Reel 5/6

Siskiyou Design Reel 5/6A nice Siskiyou Design 5 6 fly reel, 3 1 4" diameter and set up for LHW. The reel weighs 4. 8 ounces on my scale. Near mint condition, with some tiny mounting marks on the foot, two very tiny nicks on the backplate near the screws, and a tiny amount of rash on the rims. Very clean overall. Gold anodized frame and spool with black sideplates. Classic "S" handle design. Siskiyou, of course, made a version of these reels for RL Winston. Capacity to hold

Lancaster was greatly influenced by Paul Young's work and this rod has a taper inspired by the Martha Marie

Size 10/64 and 16/64 ferrules and the ferrule fit is good

The stripper is carbide

One tip has oxidized guides

The tension adjuster works nicely and the drag has a strong click

There is no spool wobble

It could hold a slightly wider reel as well
